Applicants join our waitlist and you will receive information and updates.

While joining our waitlist is an important step, it does not guarantee the availability or allocation of a puppy.

Litter Announcements

You’ll be contacted with the announcement of the arrival of puppies and what may be available. At this stage you’ll need to confirm your interest.

You’ll be able to select your puppy of choice from those available.

Confirmation

Confirm your preference and receive our puppy sales agreement for your review.

Breeder Review & Getting to Know You Call

Mandy and Paul review your application and chosen puppy. Then we call at your chosen time to chat about all aspects of taking home a Tufsteen puppy and answer any questions you may have.

Securing Your Puppy

Once your puppy is offered and accepted, we finalise the puppy sales agreement and you pay your deposit to secure them.

Preparation

Receive your Preparing for Your Puppy pamphlet and begin choosing your pedigree name.

Meet Your Puppy

At around 6 weeks of age (once puppies have had their first vaccination) you can spend an hour with your puppy, meet us and our adult dogs, ask any questions, and begin building a connection before taking home your puppy. You’ll also receive your free Royal Canin food pack.

Your pick-up date and time can be booked in as part of this step.

Puppy Pick Up

Your one-hour puppy pick-up appointment includes your puppy pack, paperwork, care information and plenty of time to ask extra questions.
